Magna DISC
Disc brushes are the most versatile type of brush head, that can adapt to any type of environment and surface. The addition of a side brush improves results along the walls and even underneath shelving units. The scrubbing machine with disc brushes can be used on any hard floor, easily removing even stubborn dirt thanks to the adjustable pressure up to 150 kg. The FWF – Fimap Water Flow technology guarantees an even distribution of the water on both brushes, ensuring uniform cleaning and avoiding any wastage of water and detergent. The side splash guards help to keep the water in the brush area to prevent splashes and ensure excellent drying.

Magna CYLINDRICAL

The cylindrical brush head consists of two counter-rotating cylindrical brushes that not only scrub but also make a light sweeping action. The sweeping action removes small, solid, non-adherent residue and collects it in a drawer installed at the rear of the brush head, which is removable for emptying. The addition of two side brushes improves results along the walls. This type of brush head is recommended for hard floors (even structured, uneven or non-slip). The bristles clean deep down, guaranteeing optimum results even where there are wide gaps. Given the high specific pressure and the notable rotation speed, it’s more suited to resistant floors not protected with a polymer film (wax). The counter-rotating movement keeps the detergent solution inside the scrubbing area, increasing efficacy yet ensuring low water consumption. The side splash guards help to keep the water in the brush area to prevent splashes and ensure excellent drying.

MECHANIZE SANITIZATION WITH THE DISINFECTOR VERSION OF MAGNA
In addition to carrying out the usual cleaning activity, the Magna scrubbing machine in the Disinfector version is able to sanitize environments by spraying a sanitizing solution through special nozzles located at the rear of the machine. Magna Cylindrical Disinfector performs up to 4 actions in one: it sweeps, scrubs, dries and sanitizes in one step.

ACTIVE TECHNOLOGIES TO PREVENT ACCIDENTS

ANTI-COLLISION SYSTEM
The anti-collision system sensors detect any possible obstacles when reversing. An alarm is sounded to warn the operator of the presence of an obstacle so that he/she is aware and can protect the machine, avoid damage to furnishings or equipment in an industrial context, and avoid harm to people if the machine is being used in hypermarkets or shopping centers during opening hours.

FFM – Fimap Fleet Management

Magna scrubbing machine owners will always be up to date with what’s happening, even if they’re not physically present, thanks to the FFM – Fimap Fleet Management system. This new Fimap service offers a complete picture of the state of the scrubbing machine, from its health status to the square meters cleaned and the consumption figures, all easy to consult via a smartphone using the My.Machine app.

ECO MODE
Eco Mode is a quiet work configuration with low consumption. For frequent or maintenance cleaning, i.e. when enhanced scrubbing power isn’t required, it guarantees sustainable operations by reducing the use of water, detergent and energy.
The low noise level allows the Magna scrubbing machine to be used even during the opening hours of large supermarkets and shopping centers, without disturbing the people around.

START&STOP
When the machine stops temporarily, the brush motors, vacuum*, traction and water flow will turn off automatically, reducing consumption, costs and emissions. All the functions are reactivated automatically as soon as the operator touches the accelerator again.

* In the basic versions, it stops with the manual lifting of the squeegee.
